The University of Waterloo Perimeter Scholars International Awards 2022/2023 provides exceptional high school students the opportunity to take their education to the next level. The award includes a full tuition scholarship, monthly living stipend and many other benefits including relocation costs, pre-departure orientation, international health insurance and more.

Perimeter Scholars International Awards are now available to national and international students pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) in Physics and Astronomy at the University of Waterloo, Canada.

University of Waterloo Perimeter Scholarship International Awards Benefit.

All applicants will be awarded a $30,000 grant and full financial contributions toward their degree in Canada.

To be considered for admission, applicants must successfully complete all admission requirements in the international Perimeter Scholars programme. They can be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or international students.

Application process: 

In order to enroll in this program it is necessary for applicants to be accepted into the University of Waterloo’s Master’s program.

Admission Requirements: 

Successful candidates are required to have completed a Bachelor’s degree with a First Class Honors or equivalent in science or a similar field, with a minimum grade of 75%. 

Conditions of Language: 

Applicants should demonstrate a good knowledge of the English language.
